Shipping Policy:

Mahogany Charm offers FREE Standard Shipping in the US on online purchases over $300. Please allow up to 2 weeks after payment has been received for delivery of hand-made jewelry.  All in-stock items will ship on next business day after payment has been received.  Special orders may take longer.

Return/exchange Policy:

Our goal is to build relationships with our customers and keep them satisfied.

If merchandise is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise, and we will gladly modify, repair, or exchange your purchase. Please keep all original packaging and paperwork until the matter has been resolved.
